Biography
Phoenix Riley is a registered pharmacist with a diverse background spanning payer research, pharmaceutical consulting, and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). Phoenix’s innovative thinking and strategic approach enable her to deliver impactful solutions to complex challenges in the healthcare landscape.
Currently serving as a Manager in Market Access & Pricing, Phoenix supports the development of data-driven insights and strategies for optimizing market access, reimbursement, and payer engagement. Prior to this role, she was a Visiting Scientist at AESARA, where she collaborated with pharmaceutical clients on US and global market access initiatives. She contributed to HEOR deliverables such as AMCP dossiers, budget impact models, cost effectiveness analyses, and aspirational value communication materials. Additionally, she provided targeted literature research to guide evidence generation strategies and developed creative communication tools to support pricing and internal modeling.
Phoenix holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Master of Clinical Research degree from Campbell University.

The greek letter Mu is in conjunction with alpha and omega to signify the “beginning, middle and end.” I strive to use my past and present experiences to shape my future regardless of the disadvantages that were associated with them.
