Biography
Amy recently completed the Health Outcomes and Market Access Fellowship at AESARA in partnership with the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy, following her graduation with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy.
As part of her fellowship, Amy collaborated with faculty in the Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy and Practice Advancement and Clinical Education divisions at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy on health outcomes research. Prior to her fellowship, she interned with pharmaceutical companies including AbbVie and Indivior, gaining early exposure to evidence generation and strategic decision-making in industry settings. She has since collaborated with a range of pharmaceutical clients and brings experience in payer value propositions, HEOR and market access benchmarking, AMCP dossier development, systematic literature reviews, and value communication tools.

My letter
I chose lowercase lambda because it resonates with me on multiple levels. Visually, it resembles the Chinese character for “people,” reflecting my commitment to improving global access to medicines. In physics, lambda represents the wavelength of a wave, which serves as a metaphor for how I approach both work and life: moving with intention, staying adaptable, and always in tune with meaningful change.
