Biography
Keller Balsam is an Intern within the Management Consulting Practice at AESARA. Keller’s leadership experience, military background, and business training give him a distinctive perspective on organizational strategy and problem-solving. His non-traditional path enables him to bring structured thinking and practical execution skills to help life science clients align teams, strengthen functions, and deliver lasting business impact.
Prior to joining AESARA, Keller served as a U.S. Army logistics officer, where he oversaw Abrams tank supply chains, directed organizational planning, and coordinated cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business with a concentration in Health Sector Management and holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

My letter
For me, Pie represents the pursuit of perfection and connectedness. Though infinite and incomprehensible in its entirety, pi continually pushes us closer to exactness, mirroring my desire to refine and improve everything I touch. At the same time, pi embodies interconnectedness. It links circles, cycles, and systems across disciplines, much like the way I strive to connect people and ideas to create a lasting impact.
