Biography
Kelsey is a Manager of the Value & Evidence Team at AESARA. Previously, she served as a Visiting Scientist at AESARA, where she applied her dual training in pharmacy and research to advance a diverse portfolio of projects in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Market Access. Her experience includes payer research, targeted literature reviews, observational study design to generate real-world evidence, and development of value communication tools. She has also provided medical writing and scientific communication support across multiple projects and therapeutic areas.
Kelsey holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy, where her research primarily focused on pharmacoepidemiology and health outcomes in infectious diseases.

My letter
I chose Φ (Phi) as it is commonly associated with the golden ratio and to me represents an intersection and balance between impact, growth, and meaningful connection of all parts. In my work, I strive to combine creativity, empathy, and discipline to move ideas to completion. Phi reminds me that the most impactful work happens when people, purpose, and execution are aligned.
