Biography
Khang Nguyen holds a PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) from the University of Illinois at Chicago. His academic journey has guided him toward a career in Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Market Access. During his time as an administrative extern with the UI TEAM RX model, Khang gained valuable insight into the role of data in shaping critical healthcare decisions. He also worked alongside the Pharmacy Systems, Outcomes & Policy (PSOP) department at UIC to assess the cost-effectiveness of pharmacist-physician collaborative practices. Additionally, he’s held internships with Astellas and Alkemi, a rare-disease market access consulting firm. His primary areas of interest include real-world evidence, statistical analysis, and economic modeling.
