Biography
McCaffery is a Market Access and HEOR professional specializing in evidence-based strategies that support pharmaceutical product value, access, and reimbursement. With experience across multiple therapeutic areas, McCaffery has led structured payer research, contributed to value proposition development, and supported engagements spanning early pipeline to post-launch strategy. His work focuses on aligning clinical, economic, and humanistic outcomes with evolving payer expectations to drive impactful, real-world solutions.
McCaffery holds both a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and Master of Public Health, and is currently completing a postdoctoral fellowship in collaboration with the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.
