Marion-Ian Javier, Pharm.D., is a Fellow in the AESARA/UNC Health Outcomes & Market
Access Fellowship. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida, 
where she also completed a Certificate in Personalized Medicine and conducted 
research in pharmacogenomics and AI-driven health systems.

Ian brings experience in market access, medical affairs, and translational research. 
During her internships in the pharmaceutical industry, she contributed to projects focused
on improving access and identifying value drivers for therapies in areas of high unmet 
need such as migraine and multiple sclerosis. Her passion for access is grounded in 
personal experiences that highlighted the real-world consequences of delayed treatment, 
fueling her dedication to patient-centered, evidence-based strategies.

She has also held clinical roles in hospital systems and led community outreach 
initiatives, including Point of Care testing for underserved Hispanic populations. With a 
strong foundation in real-world data and a deep commitment to health equity, Ian is 
focused on improving access to innovative therapies through strategic, collaborative 
approaches.
