Biography
Fadi Manuel is a recent PharmD graduate from the Wayne State University Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and currently an MPH student at the University of Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health with a concentration in Applied Epidemiology. Fadi’s interests lie in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), economic modeling, global business, medical writing, project management, community initiatives, and digital marketing. Fadi’s experience in HEOR/Market Access comes from a research-focused internship with Curta Consulting and various leadership roles within WSU’s student AMCP chapter. Fadi managed the development of a drug monograph as part of the AMCP P&T competition, a competition in which his team finished 2nd place nationally. Fadi was also involved in organizing and developing educational seminars and discussion panels around different topics of managed care. Towards the end of his pharmacy school career, Fadi spearheaded an initiative to create a new managed care elective course at WSU that is starting in August 2022
