Bespoke, Interactive, Online HEOR Training
Enabling a global biopharma company’s HEOR team to enhance partner functions’ fluency in HEOR methods and the US healthcare landscape
Situation
The Global HEOR VP at an exciting biopharma needed to increase the company’s fluency and understanding of HEOR methods, and how HEOR research delivers value evidence and enhances the understanding of value. The key context was the rapidly changing US healthcare system across various decision maker types. The desired solution was a bespoke facilitated training program with leave-behind interactive training modules.
