- Conduct landscape assessment in the therapy are of interest through review of client materials and through desktop research of both the gray and peer-reviewed literature.
- Recruit current medical and pharmacy directors (C-Suite level) through the AESARA payer decision maker network.
- Utilizing the landscape assessment findings and our own experiential expertise to create a semi-structured discussion document to guide the dialogue with the payers.
- Synthesize the primary research and the landscape assessment to develop an actionable reimbursement and market access plan, including clinical trial endpoint recommendations.
